Law Commission in person Event

Following our recent engagement with the Law Commission, we are pleased to announce that we have secured two in-person roundtable sessions to discuss the current 1954 Act Consultation.

This is a critical opportunity for our members to provide direct, in-person feedback and share real-world business examples with the Law Commission team. We understand that providing written responses can sometimes feel restrictive or pose a risk of identification; these sessions offer a secure environment for you to discuss your concerns and experiences openly.

What to expect:

The meetings will last approximately 1½ to 2 hours. To kick things off, the Law Commission team will provide a short 15–20 minute presentation summarising the two consultation papers. We have also invited them to focus on specific topics of interest to you.

This is your chance to help shape the future of these regulations by ensuring our members' voices are heard. We encourage all tenants to attend and participate.
